Recent studies show that 1 in 20 children under the age of 5 are allergic to at least one food. With food allergies affecting an abundance of young children, as a parent it is important for you to let your child’s principal, teachers, and cafeteria staff know of any allergies so that they can take the necessary steps to protect your child’s well-being.
